Development layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the images.
Furthermore contained in this new document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the substantial island by building residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend detailing distinct parts of the land.
Accompanying this are what look to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, including plans for marina coverings.
Additional materials released as part of the current oversight disclosure.
